Judy Ramella is a REALTOR® with Continental Properties, International Division,
in Wellington, serving the South Florida area. She has been practicing real
estate for 10 years and has been a WCR member since 2004.
A member of the Greater Palm Beach County Chapter, Judy served as Vice President
of Membership for two years. Judy chaired the Sponsorship Committee for District
III’s Annual Forum. She is an active member of the Florida International
Committee. In 2005, the Greater Palm Beach County Chapter recognized Judy with
their Rising Star Award.
Judy is an active member in her Business Networking International (BNI) group.
She holds a Transnational Referral Certification. She is awaiting her CIPS
(Certified International Property Specialist) and PMN designation.
Judy’s community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity, MDA Lock-ups, and
Camp Fatima for Developmentally Disabled Children and Adults. She is active in
several affordable housing programs. Judy is awaiting her Certified Affordable
Housing Specialist (CAHS) designation.
Judy was born and raised in New Jersey. Married to her husband, Dennis, for 10
years, they are proud parents of their daughter, Amanda. Judy is an animal
advocate and loves her dogs, Tank and China, and her cats, Charlie and Bruno.
Judy enjoys dancing in her free time.

Cathy Lewis is a REALTOR® with the Keyes Company in Boynton Beach. She has been
with Keyes for a total of seven years, served as an Assistant Manager and Field
Trainer at Keyes, and has completed their Cadre Management Program. With over 20
years of customer service, management and sales experience with Fortune 500
companies, Cathy draws on her knowledge and experience to ensure that her
clients receive top notch customer service.
Cathy has been a member of WCR for four years and has served as Sponsor
Chairperson and Meeting Places Chairperson. In 2006, she received the Palm Beach
Chapter’s Extra Effort Award.
Cathy is involved in her community and has a particular passion for helping
students. She implemented a Student Recognition Program, whereby Keyes Realtors®
along with community businesses regularly award students in various schools for
their outstanding citizenship. Cathy is Vice Chairperson of the South Tech
Academy Governing Board, a conversion charter school serving over 1,200 high
school students, as well as an Adult Education program. She also served on the
City of Delray Beach Education Board for several years.
Cathy was born and raised on Staten Island, NY and moved to South Florida in
1979. She is married to Jim Lewis. They adopted their two wonderful sons
,Michael and Patrick, from Romania in 1991.
Cathy’s goals for 2008 are to become more involved in WCR on the national and
international level, to continue to work on her PMN designation, and to begin
the CIPS program in January.

Kristin Stampini is a residential real estate
consultant for Keller Williams Realty servicing SE Florida. Kristin was born and
raised in Ann Arbor Michigan. After 15 years of professional experience in high
profile management and leadership positions in the restaurant industry Kristin
has now turned her passion to the real estate industry. Kristin made a name for
herself in the restaurant business, and during her restaurant career she moved
around the country 14 times in 10 years opening new restaurants everywhere.
Kristin feels that being a seasoned traveler has given her a definite advantage
in her real estate career today.
Kristin is a Short Sale Specialist and is passionate about helping people in
need. Kristin thinks education is the Key to Success and within the last year
alone Kristin has either received or is working on the following designations:
ABR, PMN, CRS, RSPS, Certified Affordable Housing Specialist, and is also an ASP
(Accredited Staging Specialist). Kristin is also an ALC member for Keller
Williams Realty. ALC is a highly sought leadership role that is recognized by
everyone in Keller Williams. As an ALC member Kristin assists and helps develop

Carol received her AA from Miami Dade Community College. She attended Florida
International University and the University of Central Florida where she was an
Education Major with an art minor.
Carol raised two sons, Sean and Jason, and then began her work career in 1993 as
PGA Nationals’ REALTOR® Liaison at the PGA Resort. She worked as Administrator
for the Sales Associates at Ibis Golf and County Club, and then became personal
assistant to Virginia Spencer, Broker for Investment Equity, (currently known as
Illustrated Property). Carol started with Regional MLS in 1998 as “tech
support”, and instructor for MLS programs. She became manager of Corporate
Services in 2003, where she continued to instruct members on the MLS programs,
and the Rules and Regulation of the Regional MLS at the

Multi- million dollar producer Joanne DeFrisco has a motto, and takes this motto
very seriously. It is not just a motto, but her way of doing business regardless
of the size of the deal. After 8 years practicing real estate, and over 100
million dollars in closed transactions, Joanne who is a broker has recently
acquired her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist as well as being

Having started at Arvida Realty Services in 2000, and being quite successful,she
then in recruited her husband Victor DeFrisco into the business she had such
